How we use information to respond to project requests and understand our advertising.
Project requests
When you submit an estimate request, we receive the contact information, project details and attachments you provide. We use it to respond, estimate and administer work. We store submissions in access-restricted server files.
Advertising attribution
We may record the marketing source, campaign and advertising click identifier associated with your request to understand which marketing activities generate jobs. We do not include contact information in ordinary Google Analytics events.
Optional Google measurement
Google measurement code only loads after you choose “Allow analytics” in the optional consent notice. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or sending a request. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. To change it, clear this site's local storage and reload the site.
Service providers
Our web hosting provider processes form submissions and related server logs. If we activate Google Ads/Analytics and a connected reviews widget, those providers may process information according to their own policies.
